"I wish I'd discovered this a decade ago As a licensed massage therapist who specialized in sports and rehabilitative care, I genuinely wish I'd had this thing a decade ago. I would have used it nonstop in my practice. Although I'm now retired, my kids are heavily involved in sports, and this has become one of our go-to tools for post-game muscle recovery and everyday care at home. I also love it on my neck and upper traps when I'm carrying a lot of tension, and on my hands and forearms during long tournament days. On my lower body? AMAZING. One tip from a massage therapist: use a conductive gel. I personally buy inexpensive ultrasound gel from a third party and get great results. In my experience, oil or lotion doesn't work nearly as well, and you definitely don't need to spend a fortune on branded gel. My only complaint is battery life. I get roughly an hour, which is perfectly reasonable for home use but can be annoying when I'm at the field for multiple sports in one day and want to use it several times. Other than that? Massive five stars. This is one of those tools I wish I'd had throughout my entire career."
