Most facial sculpting tool sets make you choose — manual tools for cooling and massage, or electronic devices for microcurrent and LED. This bundle doesn't make you choose. The Ice Roller handles the cooling and depuffing, the Sculptress and High Roller handle the microcurrent and light therapy, and the three work together in a sequence that neither category could cover alone.

At $248 for all three (valued at $375), it's the most complete at-home facial sculpting tool set we make.

What's in the Bundle

  • RIKI Sculptress — multi-mode facial sculpting tool with heat, cooling, EMS, and LED light therapy
  • RIKI High Roller — LED light therapy roller with red, blue, and near-infrared light plus microcurrent
  • RIKI Ice Roller — cooling face ice roller for instant depuffing and morning refresh

RIKI Ice Roller — Start Here Every Morning

Pull it out of the freezer, roll it across your face for a couple of minutes, and you'll immediately feel the difference. It's cold, it's instant, and it wakes your skin up faster than caffeine wakes you up.

The dual roller design means you're covering your whole face — cheeks, forehead, jaw, under-eyes — without having to go over the same spot five times. The water-filled rollers glide without pulling, and the whole thing takes maybe two minutes if you're in a rush.

There's no charging, no settings, no learning curve. Freeze it, roll it, done. That simplicity is exactly why most people end up reaching for it every single day.

  • Dual water-filled rollers — freeze evenly, glide without dragging
  • Compact case keeps it clean in the freezer
  • Non-toxic, smooth on all skin types
  • No batteries or charging needed

RIKI Sculptress — The One That Does the Most

Six modes sounds like a lot, but you'll find your one or two favorites pretty quickly and stick with those. Here's what each one actually does:

Mode 1 — Warmth + Red Light

Gentle heat that opens the skin up. Use this right before you apply your serum — the warmth helps it absorb instead of just sitting on the surface.

Mode 2 — Warmth + Red Light + EMS

Same warmth, but with EMS pulses added in. You'll feel a subtle contraction — not uncomfortable, just noticeable. Good for when you want the skin to feel more worked on.

Mode 3 — Cooling + Blue Light

The opposite of Mode 1. Cooling on contact, which is useful after a workout, after travel, or honestly any time your face feels like it's been through something.

Mode 4 — Cooling + Blue Light + EMS

Cooling plus the EMS pulse. This is the wake-up mode — the combination of cold and contraction gets the skin feeling alert fast.

Mode 5 — EMS + Purple Light

Purple light is red and blue combined. This mode is more about the EMS working through the skin while the light does its thing in the background. Long-press the M button on any mode to add vibration — it turns into more of a massage.

Mode 6 — Red + Deep Infrared + EMS

The deepest setting in the device. Infrared goes further than regular red light, so the warmth feels different — more thorough. Best used with a light serum already on the skin.

Three intensity levels on every mode. Auto shut-off after 5–10 minutes so you don't have to watch the clock. USB rechargeable, cordless, can't be used while plugged in.

RIKI High Roller — 6 Minutes, Then You're Done

It's a silicone roller with red, blue, and near-infrared LEDs built in, plus microcurrent and a little heat. You roll it across your face for 6 minutes and that's the whole thing.

The microcurrent is the part people are usually curious about — it's a gentle electrical pulse that feels like a light tingle. Not painful, not intense, just present. The near-infrared is the part you can't see but can feel — it goes deeper than the visible light does.

After 6 minutes your skin looks more even and more awake. It's hard to explain exactly why, but it's consistently noticeable. Comes with a charging base, protective goggles, and a travel bag. The goggles are included because the LED is strong enough to need eye protection — wear them every session.

  • Red, blue, and near-infrared LED
  • Microcurrent + gentle heat
  • Silicone roller head
  • 6-minute treatment
  • Includes: charging base, protective goggles, travel bag

How to Actually Use All Three Together

The sequence is what makes this work.

Morning (5–8 minutes): Ice Roller straight from the freezer — 1–2 minutes across the whole face to cool, depuff, and wake the skin up. Then the High Roller on red light for 3–4 minutes while the skin is still cool and receptive. Serum or moisturizer after.

Evening (10–15 minutes): Cleanse first. Sculptress on Mode 1 or 2 with your evening serum — 5–10 minutes, let the warmth work the product in. Finish with the Ice Roller on anywhere that still feels tight or puffy. The cold at the end helps everything settle before sleep.

You don't need to do both every day. Most people use the morning routine daily and the evening routine a few times a week. The Ice Roller is the one that gets used every single day without thinking about it.

āš ļø Important Safety Information

Not recommended for pregnant women, people with pacemakers or implanted electronic devices, those with epilepsy, or anyone with open wounds or active skin conditions in the treatment area. If you have any health conditions or concerns, check with your doctor or dermatologist before use. Protective goggles must be worn during High Roller LED use — they're in the box.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is EMS and what does it feel like?

EMS stands for electrical muscle stimulation — it sends a gentle pulse through the skin that causes a subtle muscle contraction. Most people describe it as a light tingle or buzz. It's more noticeable at higher intensity levels and around the jaw where the skin is thinner. It shouldn't hurt — if it does, turn the intensity down.

I have sensitive skin. Will these be too intense for me?

Start with the Ice Roller — it's the gentlest of the three and a good way to see how your skin responds to cold therapy before adding anything else. For the Sculptress and High Roller, begin at the lowest intensity and keep your first few sessions short. Most sensitive skin adjusts within a week. If you get prolonged redness or any discomfort that doesn't settle, stop and check with a dermatologist.

Why do I need goggles for the High Roller? Is it actually dangerous?

Not dangerous — just strong. The LED in the High Roller is powerful enough that direct exposure near the eyes needs protection, which is why the goggles come in the box. It takes thirty seconds to put them on. Skip the goggles and you're taking an unnecessary risk with your eyes. Not worth it.

I'm pregnant or have a pacemaker. Can I still use this?

No. The EMS and microcurrent in the Sculptress and High Roller are not safe during pregnancy or for anyone with a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device. If you have epilepsy or an active skin condition in the treatment area, also avoid use. When in doubt, your doctor is the right person to ask — not a product page.

Can I use these with my existing skincare products?

Yes, and you should. The Sculptress and High Roller work better with a light serum or facial oil already on the skin — the heat modes in particular help drive products in rather than just leaving them sitting on the surface. Avoid thick creams directly on the device heads. The Ice Roller goes on clean skin before any products — it's the first step, not the last.
